If you are have purchased our Custom Branding add-on, you will have the option to customise the emails sent by the system to candidates and references.
The following table lists the emails which are available for customisation
Email ID | Purpose |
new_candidate | The first email sent to the Candidate |
new_candidate_reminder | Email reminders sent to the Candidate |
new_referee | The first email sent to the Reference |
new_referee_reminder | Email reminders sent to the Reference |
can_referee_reminder | Email reminder sent to the Candidate to ask them to chase up their reference |
can_part_complete_reminder | Email sent to the Candidate to ask them to complete some missing information |
new_candidate_bounced | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them the candidate email has bounced |
new_candidate_declined | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them the candidate has declined to provide references |
new_candidate_onlastreminder | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them the candidate has been sent their last reminder |
referee_actionlog | Email sent to the Requestor providing a full history of the reminders sent to a reference |
referee_added_notif | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them a reference was added by a candidate |
new_referee_bounced | Email sent to the Candidate notifying them a reference email they added has bounced |
reference_completed | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them a new reference has been completed |
reference_completed_to_referee | Email sent to the Reference once they have completed the Reference Request |
can_reference_completed | Email sent to the Candidate notifying them a reference has been completed for them |
can_verification_reminder | Email sent to the Candidate reminding them to complete ID Verification |
new_referee_declined | Email sent to the Candidate notifying them a reference has declined to provide them a reference |
new_referee_declined_to_author | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them a reference has declined to provide a reference for a candidate |
referee_removed_notif | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them a reference was removed |
referee_updated_notif | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them a reference was changed |
can_verification_success_to_author | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them a candidate has verified their ID |
vacancy_pool_notif | Email sent to the Requestor notifying them a reference has opt'ed into Talent Pool |
