Talent Pool is an opportunity to tap into a pool of candidates that you would not normally tap into. You can achieve this as we ask Referees if they would like to opt in when completing references for candidates.

You can also search candidates in your talent pool by simply login into your account, go to Recruit > Talent Pool and search by name/email address or simply download a CSV file with all the data in it.
