How to edit your team's name through your RefNow account
If you wish to edit the name of your team i.e. Different branches in your organisation, different locations etc. You will need to follow the steps below:
Login into your RefNow account
Head over to
Account > Settings > Users and Teams
You will then be able to see all of the Teams saved in your account.
Click on the pencil icon next to the Team you wish to edit.
Finally, change the Team's name and make sure you click Save for the changes to be applied.
