Editing a Referee's Next Reminder

Each referee has their own reminder schedule that can be edited individually.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Requests page

  1. Click on the request to open the request details

  1. Locate the referee whose reminder you want to edit in the timeline

  1. Click the Actions dropdown button on the referee's section

  1. Select Edit Settings from the dropdown menu

  1. The Edit Referee Settings dialog will open

  1. In the Communication Settings section, locate the Next Reminder field

  1. Select a new date and time using the date/time picker

  1. Click Save to apply your changes

Note: The Next Reminder field will not be available if:

  • All automated reminders have already been sent (you will see "All automated reminders have been sent for this referee")

  • Reminders have been cancelled for this referee (you will see "Reminders have been cancelled for this referee")

When to Use This Feature

Editing reminder dates is useful when you want to:

  • Delay a reminder if a referee has requested more time

  • Speed up the process by scheduling an earlier reminder

  • Adjust timing around weekends, holidays, or other scheduling considerations
