How to Change the Candidates Next Reminder Date

Editing the Candidate's Next Reminder

The candidate's next reminder date can be edited through the Edit Request Settings dialog.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Requests page

  1. Click on the request to open the request details

  1. Click the Actions dropdown button

  1. Select Edit Request from the dropdown menu

  1. In the Basic Settings section, locate the Candidate Next Reminder field

  1. Select a new date and time using the date/time picker

  1. Click Save to apply your changes

Note: If all automated reminders have already been sent, you will see a message stating "All automated reminders have been sent for this candidate" and the field will not be editable.
