Overview
The Referencing Dashboard page can be found inside the RefNow Portal by visiting the Referencing -> Dashboard menu. The dashboard shows a summary of the reference requests which have been created and provides multiple graphs showing the stats of who has been providing references for your candidates.

The sections explained
Section | Description |
Completed Candidates | The total number of candidate requests which are in the complete state. |
Talent Pool Opt-Ins | The number of referee's who have opted-in to the Talent Pool. |
Time Saved | The total amount of time which has been saved by using RefNow's platform vs collecting references the traditional/manual way. |
Referee Completion Time | The average amount of time a referee takes to complete a reference. |

Top 5 Job Titles | The Job Titles of the referees who have completed references. |
Top 5 Relationships | The Referee's Relationship to the candidate. |
Top 10 Companies | The Companies where the candidate/referee worked. |
Total By Request Type | The type of request which was created. |
