How to add a referee if you are an employer
The RefNow portal allows you to add referees to a request on behalf of a candidate to allow for a faster referencing process. The candidates will still be notified of this and have the option to edit or delete referees as necessary.
To add a referee on behalf of a candidate follow these steps:
Login to the RefNow Portal
Select the candidate from the list of candidate on the left panel
Select the Actions menu inside the candidate bubble on the timeline and click Add Referee
Enter the referee details when prompted.
You will now see this referee has been added if you refresh the timeline view for the candidate within the RefNow portal.
