As a RefNow Organisation Administrator you can Add New Question Profiles by following these steps:
Login to RefNow.
Click Referencing -> Question Profiles from the menu at the top.
Click the New Profile button.
Enter the Name for the profile and select the correct Team you would like the profile linked to.
Click the Save button.
